Week 2 — Reset

  • Rebalance energy, restore clarity, and create a calmer internal baseline.

  • Focus: diaphragmatic breathing, vagal tone stimulation, mindful posture and micro-movements.

Week 3 — Reconnect

  • Rebuild awareness of internal signals, emotions, and needs.

  • Focus: interoception, emotional regulation, body-based mindfulness.

Week 4 — Remember

  • Integrate and personalize practices so resilience becomes a habit, not a moment.

  • Focus: Daily Practice Support, integration, sustainability
