✔️ Weekly Zoom or Phone Sessions: We’ll connect once a week for deep, transformative 1:1 coaching sessions. These can be held via Zoom or phone, whichever suits your needs.
✔️Personal Access via WhatsApp: Between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp. I’ll share motivational quotes, affirmations, podcast recommendations, and additional resources to keep you inspired and on track.
✔️Weekly Worksheets & At-Home Practices: After each session, you’ll receive personalized worksheets designed to deepen your work at home. These will include journaling prompts, reflections, and actionable steps to integrate what you’ve learned.
✔️Breathwork, Movement & Ritual Practices: Each week, we’ll include breathwork and movement practices that align with your goals and help release tension. Additionally, we’ll create rituals that connect you to your true self and the natural cycles of life.
