Modalities for Wellness Classes Include

Standalone Offerings

These modalities can be offered as independent group classes.

  • Sound Healing: A transformative experience using vibrational frequencies from instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, along with shamanic drums and shakers, to restore balance, ease stress, and support emotional and physical healing.

  • Somatic Breathwork: A lying-down practice using conscious connected breathing to clear blockages, release stress, and restore balance in the body and mind.

  • Yin Yoga: A slow-paced yoga style with long-held poses to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote mindfulness.

  • Yoga Nidra: A form of guided meditation often referred to as "yogic sleep" that promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity.


Integrated into Group Classes

These modalities are typically woven into the structure of group classes.

  • Pranayama (Yogic Breathwork): Done in a seated position, pranayama focuses on controlled breathing techniques to regulate life force (prana), calm the nervous system, and promote balance and energy.

  • Somatic Exercises: Body-centered techniques that help regulate the nervous system, alleviate stress, and increase overall resilience.

  • Meditation/Visualization Exercises: Guided mindfulness and visualization practices to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and support personal growth.

  • Cacao Ceremony: A heart-opening ritual rooted in ancient tradition, using ceremonial-grade cacao to foster connection, self-reflection, and emotional healing. This sacred practice encourages presence, gratitude, and the deepening of inner awareness in a communal setting.
